The Australian Centre for Education and Training – Global (ACET-Global) is a private organisation focused on providing training solutions to corporate enterprises on a local and international scale. ACET-Global offers industry training across a variety of disciplines, including Leadership and Management, Marketing, and Human Resource Management. We also offer guest lectures and substitute teaching for universities and TAFE providers.
ACET-Global is now seeking expression of interest applications from experienced vocational trainers, tertiary lecturers, and guest lecturers for work in all capital cities in Australia. We wish to recruit engaging trainers who can deliver quality education and achieve learning outcomes effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Identify training and learning needs within our clients' organisations.
- Effectively and efficiently deliver training programs/sessions.
- Deliver engaging customer-focused and trainee-centred sessions.
- Assist in maintaining mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Maintain a high level of ethical behaviour and professional conduct.
Successful Candidates Must Possess the Following:
- A minimum of 5 years' industry experience, preferably within the training and education sector.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proven track record as a trainer/lecturer/guest lecturer.
- Masters degree qualification.
- Strong business acumen - with the ability to give relevant industry examples.
- The ability to work with and train people from diverse backgrounds.
- Integrity and high standards, with a passion for corporate social responsibility.
